Prada is hiring a Client Advisor at Saks Fifth Avenue, Boston to deliver exceptional luxury client service and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, discreet and highly attentive service to high-net-worth and aspirational clients, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, product storytelling and strategic upselling.
  • Manage clienteling activities including appointment booking, follow-up communications, and maintenance of client profiles to maximise lifetime value.
  • Maintain impeccable presentation of merchandise and shopfloor standards in line with Prada visual merchandising and brand guidelines.
  • Process sales transactions accurately, handle returns and exchanges, and ensure proper till and daily cash reconciliation.
  • Support stockroom operations: receive and inspect deliveries, manage inventory, assist with stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Coordinate with Saks Fifth Avenue management and in-house teams for events, private appointments and cross-promotional activities.
  • Provide informed after-sales service, including care instructions for leather goods and coordination of repairs or bespoke requests.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of luxury retail or premium brand client-facing sales experience; experience within designer leather goods or apparel highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Polished interpersonal skills with a client-first mentality and strong emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and seasonal peaks; flexible scheduling and availability for private appointments.
  • Legal right to work in the United States.

Experience
