Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and serve customers, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and digital tools.
  • Engage in cross-selling across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
  • Address customer complaints effectively, involving management when necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays in line with company guidelines.
  • Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

Skills

Passion for human relations and sales Problem-solving abilities Curiosity and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design Experience in building long-lasting client relationships Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion and knowledge of the managed product category Fluency in spoken English

Experience

Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
