Prada Group Client Advisor position at Nordstrom Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota—luxury retail sales role focused on exceptional customer experience and brand representation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Position the customer at the center of all interactions, creating a welcoming environment and fulfilling every need and request in accordance with the client journey ceremony
  • Capture and maintain customer data in the Company CRM to develop personalized relationships and identify future sales opportunities
  • Embrace and actively promote the omnichannel retail mindset across all client touchpoints
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure consistent, exceptional service and maintain a positive working environment grounded in diversity and inclusion
  • Deliver exemplary in-store experiences through attentive customer welcome and service at all times
