Role & Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming, client-centric environment and deliver personalized service aligned with the brand's client journey protocol
- Drive individual sales performance and contribute to team sales targets and KPI achievement
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge encompassing Prada's collections, heritage, design philosophy, and cultural DNA
- Capture and maintain client data in the company CRM system to foster long-term relationships and identify future sales opportunities
- Embrace and promote omnichannel retail practices, seamlessly integrating in-store and digital engagement
- Stay informed on luxury fashion trends and competitive positioning to provide expert style guidance and recommendations

Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal awareness
