Prada Client Advisor role in Bicester, UK. Deliver luxury retail excellence, drive sales, and build client relationships at iconic Italian fashion house.
Role & Responsibilities
- Place the customer at the center of all interactions, creating a welcoming environment and delivering excellence service in accordance with the client journey protocol
- Drive to exceed individual sales targets and maximize sales performance whilst contributing to store-wide success
- Maintain expertise in product knowledge, Prada heritage, culture, and design philosophy
- Capture customer data into the company CRM system to facilitate relationship development and offer personalized approaches
- Embrace and actively promote the omnichannel mindset, integrating in-store and digital channels seamlessly
- Cultivate continuous awareness of luxury fashion trends and competitive landscape to provide informed guidance to clients
- Conduct customer appointments both in-store and via virtual platforms using company digital tools
- Host and facilitate consultations, guiding clients through the Prada product universe
- Manage client complaints with ownership and discretion, liaising with line management and client service teams as needed
- Execute company procedures regarding operational guidelines, stock management, security, cash handling, and inventory protocols
- Collaborate with back-of-house teams to ensure consistent store operations and well-organized stockroom maintenance
- Demonstrate exceptional care and respect for all Prada products
- Work synergistically with team members, fostering open communication and contributing to a positive, inclusive working environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury or premium brand retail
- Demonstrated understanding of luxury customer service standards and expectations
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
