PRADA is hiring a Client Advisor in Bicester — deliver luxury client service, build relationships and drive sales in the boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a consistently exceptional, personalised client experience that reflects Prada’s luxury positioning and service standards.
  • Prospect, develop and maintain strong client relationships through active clienteling and CRM-driven outreach to maximise lifetime value.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and expert product presentation.
  • Maintain impeccable boutique standards including visual merchandising, presentation of merchandise and store housekeeping.
  • Manage stock on floor and in-store inventory processes (receiving, replenishment, stock counts) and support loss-prevention procedures.
  • Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle after-sales service, returns and repairs with discretion.
  • Collaborate with store colleagues and leadership to support store operations, events and local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience; experience in luxury, premium or designer brands strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering personalised client service.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric disposition.
  • Legal right to work in the UK and flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods.
  • High standards of personal presentation and professionalism required for a luxury boutique environment.

Experience

Secondary education (GCSEs or equivalent) required; vocational qualifications in retail, sales or fashion are desirable.
