Role & Responsibilities

  • Prioritize customer satisfaction by creating a welcoming environment and meeting customer needs with exceptional service.
  • Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Achieve and surpass KPI goals while ensuring high-quality sales and customer service.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of Prada products, history, culture, and brand DNA.
  • Capture and manage customer data in the CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
  • Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
  • Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers effectively.
  • Resolve client complaints in collaboration with management and client service teams.
  • Handle products with care and respect.
  • Utilize digital tools to enhance the luxury experience.
  • Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
  • Collaborate with the Back of House team to ensure efficient store operations and organized stock management.
  • Adhere to company procedures regarding operations, security, cash handling, inventory, and logistics.
  • Foster open communication and teamwork with colleagues to ensure a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience within a luxury or premium brand environment.

Skills

Understanding of luxury customer service. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
