Prada Group seeks a Client Advisor at Neiman Marcus Beverly Hills to deliver luxury retail experiences and drive sales through client relationship building and brand excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Position the client at the center of all interactions, creating a welcoming environment and delivering excellence service aligned with the client journey ceremony
- Capture and maintain customer data in the Company CRM system to nurture relationships, offer personalized approaches, and identify future sales opportunities
- Embrace and promote an omnichannel mindset across all customer touchpoints and sales channels
- Collaborate effectively with team members, fostering open communication and a positive working environment that celebrates diversity and inclusion
- Welcome and serve customers, delivering an exceptional in-store experience at all times
- Execute proactive cross-selling initiatives across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual and team KPIs
- Maintain current knowledge of fashion trends, competitive landscape, and brand positioning
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and communicate brand heritage and values to clients
- Address customer complaints professionally, escalating to management when necessary

Experience
