Luxury fashion boutique — Beverly Hills — Client Advisor role on Rodeo Drive delivering VIP service and driving sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver highly personalised, discreet service to VIP and local clientele to drive sales and cultivate long-term relationships.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process including private appointments, product presentation, fitting support and after-sales care.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across collections and advise clients on styling, provenance and craftsmanship.
  • Execute clienteling activities: prospecting, maintaining client records, follow-ups and tailored outreach to maximise repeat business.
  • Support visual merchandising and boutique standards to ensure the store reflects brand aesthetic at all times.
  • Operate point-of-sale, process transactions, manage returns/exchanges and adhere to cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and participate in trunk shows or special events.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail sales, with demonstrated ability to service high-net-worth clients.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, polished presentation and a client-first disposition.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and discretion when handling client information.
  • Right to work in the USA.

Experience
