Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver bespoke, white‑glove service to a high‑net‑worth and fashion‑savvy clientele, proactively identifying and anticipating client needs.
- Develop and maintain a personal client book through sustained outreach, clienteling activities and follow‑up to drive repeat business and lifetime value.

- Manage all point‑of‑sale transactions, returns and exchanges accurately while adhering to cash‑handling and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Curate and maintain on‑floor presentation and visual standards in collaboration with visual merchandising and store leadership.
- Coordinate private appointments, trunk shows and in‑store events for VIP clients and support merchandising initiatives.
- Record client interactions and preferences in CRM systems to enhance personalization and promote targeted outreach.
- Participate in product trainings and brand education to maintain deep product knowledge across seasonal assortments.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated excellence in client‑facing luxury retail sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
