Prada seeks a Client Advisor at Neiman Marcus, Beverly Hills — deliver luxury client service and drive sales for Prada in Beverly Hills.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised service to high-net-worth and repeat clientele, building long-term relationships through proactive clienteling.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and product storytelling across leather goods, accessories and apparel.
- Maintain up-to-date, expert product knowledge and communicate brand heritage and collection details with authority.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, gift-wrapping, client reservations and after-sales follow-up with discretion and professionalism.
- Ensure the sales floor reflects Prada’s visual standards: merchandising, presentation, stock rotation and housekeeping.
- Collaborate with Neiman Marcus store teams and in-house management on events, private appointments and inventory flow.
- Identify and qualify new prospects, convert appointments into sales, and curate personalised offers and services.
- Support inventory control procedures, returns/exchanges and loss-prevention policies in accordance with store and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales, ideally with premium fashion or leather-goods brands.
- Demonstrable clienteling ability and experience managing high-value customer relationships.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with discretion and polished etiquette.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to meet measurable sales KPIs.
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years of direct experience in luxury or premium retail environments, with demonstrable sales results and client relationship management. Prior experience working within a flagship boutique or department store concession is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, fashion, marketing or a related field preferred.
