Prada is hiring a Client Advisor for its Beverly Hills (Rodeo Drive) boutique. Provide luxury client service and drive sales for Prada in Beverly Hills.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high-touch client service to a sophisticated luxury clientele, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through active clienteling, upselling and cross-selling of product categories.
  • Manage client appointments, follow-up communications and post-sale care using the store CRM to maximise lifetime value.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across leather goods, ready-to-wear and accessories, advising clients on fit, fabrication and styling.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and floor sets to brand guidelines, ensuring merchandise is presented to maximise conversion.
  • Support store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving, POS transactions, cash handling and returns processing.
  • Uphold loss-prevention procedures and brand security policies while delivering a discreet, welcoming in-store experience.
  • Collaborate with boutique management on local marketing initiatives, client events and VIP outreach.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high-school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in fashion, retail or business is advantageous.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in luxury retail or premium client-facing sales roles, preferably within designer fashion or leather goods.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing high-value client relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presentation and understanding of luxury client expectations.
  • Ability to work a retail schedule including weekends, evenings and holiday periods as required by flagship operations.

Experience
