Role & Responsibilities

- Adopt and promote an omnichannel approach—connect in-store and digital touchpoints to create seamless customer journeys.
- Proactively identify and convert sales opportunities through cross-selling and upselling to meet individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain up-to-date product and market knowledge, including current fashion trends and competitor activity.
- Uphold high standards of visual merchandising and shop-floor presentation in line with company operational guidelines.
- Manage and resolve customer enquiries and complaints, escalating to the manager when required.
- Contribute to store security and loss-prevention measures.

- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrable passion for luxury fashion, art and design.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; strong client-facing presence.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work autonomously when required.

- Fluent English; additional languages are an asset.

Experience
Proven experience in retail sales or client advisory, preferably within luxury fashion or premium retail environments, with a track record of client acquisition, retention and achieving sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, sales or luxury hospitality preferred but not required.
