Prada seeks a Client Advisor in Berlin KaDeWe to deliver luxury retail excellence and personalized customer experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers, delivering an exceptional in-store experience consistently
- Develop and maintain client relationships through individualized approach, leveraging CRM and digital tools
- Engage in proactive cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual targets and KPIs
- Maintain current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge
- Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with management when necessary
- Maintain shop floor and visual display standards in accordance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures
- Contribute to store security and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Fluent in spoken German and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to connect with diverse clientele
- Demonstrated sales ability with track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Passion for luxury fashion and understanding of the luxury retail market
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital retail tools

Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service environments is preferred.
Education
