Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver impeccable, personalised client service to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Proactively drive sales and meet or exceed individual and store KPIs through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge across leather goods, ready-to-wear, footwear and accessories to advise clients accurately.
  • Manage clienteling activities and CRM records to track interactions, follow-ups and VIP engagements.
  • Execute store standards for visual merchandising, stock presentation and loss prevention.
  • Process transactions, handle payments and returns accurately while ensuring full compliance with company procedures.
  • Collaborate with store and regional teams to share market feedback, client insights and support special events or trunk shows.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales aptitude with a strong customer-service orientation.
  • Polished personal presentation and professional demeanour befitting a luxury environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with diverse, high‑net‑worth clientele.
  • Commercial mindset with numeracy to handle transactions and sales reporting.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Right to work in Germany.
