Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, bespoke client service to cultivate long-term relationships and maximize lifetime value.
  • Proactively manage client appointments, follow-up communications and personalised clienteling using CRM tools.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and product storytelling.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge across categories and communicate product provenance, materials and craftsmanship.
  • Execute visual merchandising and shopfloor standards to reflect brand presentation and stock rotation requirements.
  • Operate POS systems, process transactions and manage after-sales service, including alterations and repairs coordination.
  • Collaborate with the store team on inventory control, replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury or premium retail sales, with evidence of meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-centric, consultative approach.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and retail POS platforms for client management and reporting.
  • Professional presentation and deep product awareness appropriate to a luxury environment.
  • Right to work in Spain and availability to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings.
