The Client Advisor represents Prada’s philosophy and values, builds customer loyalty and delivers a distinctive in-store experience while maximizing sales. The role focuses on client relationships, cross-selling, sales targets and KPIs, product knowledge, store presentation and security.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Prada’s philosophy and values while maximizing sales through customer relationships, brand loyalty and a distinctive in-store experience.
- Welcome and serve customers, providing an excellent in-store experience.
- Build and develop client relationships through an individual approach, using CRM and digital tools.
- Proactively cross-sell across departments and maximize sales opportunities to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay current on fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
- Handle customer complaints effectively, consulting the line manager when necessary.
- Maintain high standards on the shop floor and in visual displays, following company operating guidelines and stock procedures.
- Support a high level of security and remain alert to prevent product theft.
Qualifications
- Passion for customer relations and sales.
- Problem-solving ability, curiosity, and interest in luxury, fashion, art and design.
- Experience building long-lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for and knowledge of the product category managed.
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
