Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers with an exceptional in-store experience at all times
- Maintain and develop client relationships through personalized approach, utilizing CRM and digital tools
- Proactively engage in cross-selling across all departments to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
- Remain current with fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge
- Address customer complaints effectively in liaison with line management
- Maintain shop floor and visual display standards in compliance with operational guidelines and stock procedures
