Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers while providing an exceptional in-store experience
- Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized engagement and CRM/digital tool utilization
- Execute cross-selling initiatives across all departments to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge
- Resolve customer complaints effectively in collaboration with line management
- Maintain shop floor and visual displays to the highest standards in compliance with operational guidelines and stock procedures
- Contribute to store security and loss prevention measures
Qualifications
- Passion for human relations and sales
- Problem-solving mindset with interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design
- Proven experience building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships
- Ability to work effectively both collaboratively and independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Product category knowledge and passion for the managed category
- Fluent communication in English; Mandarin is an advantage
