Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience on the sales floor, building long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through active selling, upselling and clienteling.
- Maintain and grow the client book using the boutique CRM; schedule appointments, follow up on enquiries and manage after-sales service.

Qualifications
