MIU MIU is hiring a Client Advisor for Icon Siam, Bangkok. Deliver luxury client service and drive sales for MIU MIU at Icon Siam.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, discreet client service tailored to high‑net‑worth and local clientele to maximise conversion and average transaction value.
- Proactively build and maintain a personal client portfolio using clienteling techniques and CRM tools to generate repeat business and long‑term loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and product storytelling.
- Maintain impeccable boutique standards: visual merchandising, housekeeping, product presentation and stock replenishment.
- Manage transactional activity on the POS, process client requests, and coordinate after‑sales services including alterations and repairs.
- Collaborate with the store team and management on promotional initiatives, private appointments, and VIP events.
Qualifications
- Proven luxury retail sales experience, preferably within womenswear, leather goods or accessories (typically 1–3 years).
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Refined interpersonal skills with a service mentality and strong commercial awareness.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Right to work in Thailand.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of experience in luxury retail sales, ideally with exposure to high‑end womenswear or accessories and servicing international or VIP clients.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in fashion, retail, or business is advantageous.
