Prada is hiring a Client Advisor at Siam Paragon, Bangkok. Represent Prada collections, provide luxury client service and drive boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised service to high-net-worth and local clientele, maintaining Prada’s standards of discretion and attention to detail.
- Proactively develop and manage client relationships through in-person appointments, follow-ups and clienteling tools to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs by converting walk-ins, appointments and private-client events into sales.
- Present merchandise with immaculate merchandising and visual standards; prepare, rotate and replenish stock on the selling floor.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, exchanges and refunds accurately and maintain cash-handling integrity.
- Support inventory control, receiving and stockroom organisation; participate in stocktakes and loss-prevention procedures.
- Coordinate with store management on client events, private viewings and promotional activities to enhance the boutique experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales or boutique clientelling, preferably within high-end fashion or leather goods.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering high levels of client satisfaction.
- Impeccable grooming, polished presentation and the ability to represent a luxury brand with professionalism.
- Availability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays; strong teamwork ethic.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of experience in luxury or premium retail environments with direct responsibility for client service, sales results and client relationship development.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in fashion, business, hospitality or a related discipline is advantageous but not mandatory.
