Prada is hiring a Client Advisor in Bangkok — deliver luxury client service, drive sales and cultivate lasting relationships at Prada's Siam Paragon store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional in-store experience, welcoming and serving clients to embody the Brand’s philosophy and values.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships using a personalised approach, CRM and digital tools to drive loyalty.
- Proactively identify and convert sales opportunities, engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends, competitor activity and the Brand’s product offering to inform client conversations.
- Ensure the shop floor and visual displays meet Company visual and operational standards and comply with stock procedures.
- Address customer complaints professionally and escalate to line management when necessary.
- Contribute to store security and loss-prevention efforts by remaining vigilant and following established protocols.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable passion for client service and luxury fashion; genuine interest in art and design.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric attitude.
- Experience using CRM and digital retail tools to manage clienteling and follow-up.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Product and brand knowledge relevant to the merchandise category.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of client-facing experience in luxury or premium retail with a record of building client relationships and meeting sales targets; prior experience in clienteling or boutique sales is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in fashion, retail or customer service are advantageous.
