Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the brand ambassador, delivering Prada’s philosophy and ensuring a distinctive, personalised in-store experience.
- Welcome, advise and serve clients with professionalism to develop long-term relationships and foster brand loyalty.
- Use CRM and digital tools to maintain and grow client files, follow up on opportunities and support clienteling activities.
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across departments to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain up-to-date product, trend and competitor knowledge to inform client recommendations.
- Ensure the shop floor and visual displays meet operational and merchandising standards; follow stock procedures.
- Manage client complaints effectively and escalate to the line manager when appropriate.
- Contribute to store security and loss-prevention efforts through vigilance and adherence to procedures.

- Proven ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Strong commercial awareness and a demonstrable passion for luxury fashion, art and design.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Product knowledge relevant to the assigned category and readiness to learn continuously.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within luxury fashion or premium lifestyle categories, with demonstrated success in client development and meeting sales targets.
Education
High-school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in fashion, retail or a related discipline is advantageous.
