Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the brand ambassador in-store, conveying Prada’s philosophy and delivering a distinctive luxury experience to each client.
  • Welcome and serve customers consistently, providing personalised advice and styling to build long‑term client loyalty.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling, leveraging CRM and digital tools to maximise repeat business.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and cross‑selling across departments.
  • Maintain superior shop‑floor standards and visual merchandising in line with company operational guidelines.
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating to the line manager when necessary.
  • Remain vigilant on security procedures and loss‑prevention measures to protect merchandise.

Qualifications

  • Proven aptitude for client relationship building and sales; prior clienteling in retail preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and autonomously when required.
  • Curiosity for fashion, art and design and demonstrable product category interest.
  • Good command of English; Mandarin language skills are an advantage.

Experience

Experience in retail sales, preferably within the luxury or premium fashion sector, with a track record of building long‑lasting client relationships and meeting sales targets. Prior exposure to clienteling and CRM-driven prospecting is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary studies in fashion, marketing or related fields preferred but not mandatory.
