Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and serve customers, ensuring an excellent in-store experience at all times.
  • Maintain and develop client relationships through personalized approaches, utilizing CRM and digital tools.
  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors to provide knowledgeable service.
  • Demonstrate brand and product knowledge consistently.
  • Effectively handle customer complaints, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
  • Ensure the shop floor and visual displays meet high standards, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good command of English, with Mandarin as an advantage.
