Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure an outstanding in-store experience.
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and digital tools.
  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve personal sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
  • Effectively manage customer complaints in collaboration with the line manager.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

Skills

Strong passion for human relations and sales. Problem-solving abilities and a keen interest in luxury fashion, art, and design. Proven experience in building long-lasting client relationships. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of the managed product category. Proficiency in English; Mandarin is advantageous.

Experience

Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is preferred.
