Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches, CRM, and digital tools.
  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and meet individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
  • Address customer complaints effectively, coordinating with the line manager as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in line with company guidelines and stock procedures.
  • Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.

Skills

Strong passion for human relations and sales. Problem-solving abilities and curiosity about luxury fashion, art, and design. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Enthusiasm and knowledge of the product category managed. Proficiency in English; Mandarin is advantageous.

Experience

Experience in client relationship management and sales within the luxury fashion sector is preferred.
