Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve customers by providing an exceptional in-store experience.
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and digital tools.
  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales and achieve individual targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
  • Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

Skills

Passion for human relations and sales Problem-solving abilities Curiosity and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design Experience in building long-lasting client relationships Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in English; Mandarin is advantageous

Experience

Experience in client relationship management and sales within the luxury fashion sector is preferred.
