Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and serve customers, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience at all times.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and leveraging CRM and digital tools.
  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Demonstrate extensive brand and product knowledge.
  • Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
  • Maintain high standards for the shop floor and visual displays, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
  • Contribute to store security and be vigilant in preventing product thefts.

Skills

Passion for human relations and sales Problem-solving abilities, curiosity, and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design Experience in building long-lasting client relationships Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion and knowledge of the managed product category Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous

Experience

Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is preferred.
