Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, white‑glove service to Arabic‑speaking clientele, cultivating long‑term relationships and loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and expert product presentation.
- Manage clienteling activities: proactively contact clients, maintain CRM records, coordinate private appointments and after‑sales follow-up.
- Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, product presentation and stock rotation; ensure fitting room and display excellence.
- Operate the POS and process transactions accurately, including returns and exchanges; assist with stock intake and inventory control.
- Represent the brand at in‑store events and private viewings; collaborate with the store team to optimise customer flow and service.
Qualifications
- Fluent Arabic required; professional proficiency in French and strong English skills preferred.
- Proven ability to build rapport with high‑net‑worth clients and to deliver discreet, personalised service.
