Role & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a welcoming store environment and deliver exceptional client service according to Prada's client journey ceremony, proactively engaging clients with personalized attention and relationship-building
  • Capture and manage customer data within the company CRM system to develop personalized approaches, foster brand loyalty, and identify omnichannel opportunities
  • Drive individual and team sales targets by executing cross-departmental selling strategies, identifying client needs, and maximizing sales opportunities while maintaining exceptional service standards
  • Maintain comprehensive brand and product knowledge, staying current with fashion trends, competitors, and Prada's evolving collections and philosophy
  • Manage customer complaints professionally, escalating to management as needed, and ensuring satisfactory resolution
  • Maintain shop floor and visual display standards in accordance with Prada operational guidelines, ensuring consistent brand presentation
  • Execute proper goods rotation and inventory management according to company regulations to maximize sales support and product availability
  • Process returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries in compliance with corporate guidelines and established deadlines
  • Support software management and product flow tracking through SAP and the Eureka system, ensuring data accuracy and system compliance
  • Execute daily goods receipt procedures, arrange merchandise according to corporate standards, and manage transfers, returns, reservations, omnichannel orders, and stock counts

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service environments
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships
  • Proficiency in retail operational processes, stock management, and inventory control
  • Strong affinity with retail systems and operational technology platforms
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken); Dutch language skills are highly valued
  • Exceptional analytical and organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele
