Role & Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming environment and exceed client needs through adherence to the client journey ceremony, delivering excellence service aligned with luxury standards
  • Exceed individual and team sales targets, driving measurable sales performance and KPI achievement
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and deep understanding of Prada history, culture, and design philosophy
  • Capture and leverage client data within the company CRM system to build personalized relationships and identify future sales opportunities
  • Embrace omnichannel retail strategy, maintaining consistency across in-store and digital touchpoints

Qualifications
