PRADA seeks a Client Advisor (Airport) in Hong Kong — luxury travel-retail sales role focused on clienteling and duty-free service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high-net-worth and transit customers in a busy airport environment, converting enquiries into sales while preserving brand standards.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling, post-sale follow-up and by capturing customer data in the CRM.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while supporting the store’s commercial strategy and visual merchandising directives.
- Operate POS and complete cash handling, invoicing and duty-free procedures accurately and in compliance with airport regulations.
- Maintain impeccable product knowledge, including materials, craftsmanship and duty-free pricing, and advise clients on product care and provenance.
- Support stock management activities: receiving, replenishment, inventory counts and loss-prevention measures.
- Collaborate with a multicultural team to ensure smooth floor operations, handovers and shift coverage during peak travel periods.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales, ideally within travel retail or an airport concession.
- Fluent interpersonal skills with a professional, polished presence appropriate for a luxury clientele.
- Strong numerical aptitude and demonstrated accuracy in cash handling and transactions.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays in line with airport operations.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of progressive experience in luxury retail sales; prior exposure to travel-retail or airport concessions strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or sales is advantageous.
