Prada Group seeks a Client Advisor (Airport) in Hong Kong — deliver luxury client experiences, meet sales targets; Cantonese, Mandarin and English required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury client experience consistent with Prada’s client journey and brand values.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and store KPIs while contributing to team performance.
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge across collections, and articulate Prada’s heritage, culture and DNA to clients.
- Capture and update customer data in the company CRM to nurture relationships and identify future sales opportunities.
- Operate and promote an omnichannel client approach, leveraging digital tools to integrate in-store and e‑commerce experiences.
- Host and conduct customer appointments in-person and via virtual meeting platforms.
- Manage customer enquiries and resolve complaints, escalating to line manager or Client Service team when required.
- Support back-of-house operations, including stockroom organisation, inventory procedures and daily store operations.
- Comply with company policies on security, cash handling, inventory, logistics and required reporting to head office.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure consistency of service and foster an inclusive, high-performing team environment.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of relevant sales experience; prior experience in luxury, fashion or cosmetics is advantageous.
- Passion for fashion, dynamic demeanour and strong client focus with a demonstrated sales orientation.
- Demonstrated team-player attitude, results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (oral communication required).
- Availability and legal right to work at Hong Kong airport locations is mandatory.

Experience
1–2 years of frontline sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion, cosmetics or high-end retail, with a track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high‑touch client service.
