Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the brand ambassador, conveying and promoting the brand philosophy and values to clients.
  • Maximize individual and team sales by providing an extraordinary luxury customer experience.
  • Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
  • Embrace and promote an omni-channel mindset.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
  • Effectively handle customer complaints, liaising with the line manager as necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to operational guidelines and stock procedures.
  • Contribute to security measures to prevent product theft.

Skills

Passion for selling and retail environments. Curiosity and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, and result-driven problem-solving abilities. Fluency in Arabic and English.

Experience

Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is required.
