Prada Group seeks an experienced Chef to oversee kitchen operations and menu standards at Paris apartment. Lead culinary excellence for a luxury brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation of all menu items according to Prada Group standards and culinary protocols
- Execute detailed plating, garnishes, and food presentation in alignment with the brand's image and visual standards
- Apply advanced production techniques including knife work, cooking methods, and appropriate equipment usage
- Implement and monitor food conservation techniques and quality control procedures to ensure product integrity
- Manage inventory procurement and warehouse organization with strategic attention to stock optimization based on sales forecasting
- Ensure proper maintenance, cleaning, and safe handling of all kitchen equipment and tools
- Organize and maintain kitchen workstations and shared spaces to optimize workflow and safety
- Supervise food preparation protocols including ingredient evaluation, selection, dosage, and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef or in culinary kitchen leadership
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Expertise in advanced food preparation and cooking techniques
- Strong understanding of food conservation and quality control procedures
- Proficiency in kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
Skills
Experience
Proven professional experience as a Chef, with demonstrated expertise in menu development, kitchen supervision, and maintenance of culinary standards in a luxury or high-end hospitality environment.
Education
Culinary training or formal qualification in culinary arts is preferred; equivalent professional kitchen experience demonstrating competency in all aspects of food preparation and kitchen management is acceptable.
