Prada Cashier position in Roermond, Netherlands. Manage cash collection, invoicing, and customer transactions in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute cash opening and closing procedures, verifying cash availability and equipment functionality
- Issue national, international, and tax-free invoices in compliance with local legal requirements
- Process customer advances, returns, vouchers, and credit notes
- Follow CITES procedures for products requiring them
- Monitor credit card payments and bank transfer transactions
- Prepare daily cash register closing reports and verify cash totals
- Generate paying-in slips and manage periodic cash withdrawals with documentation
- Update and maintain the company's customer database
- Manage petty cash in accordance with corporate procedures and expense limits
Qualifications
- Experience in a luxury or premium retail environment
- Strong understanding of luxury customer service standards
- Proven ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures
