Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute cash opening and closing procedures, ensuring cash availability and equipment functionality.
  • Issue national, international, and tax-free invoices in compliance with local laws.
  • Support advances, returns, and issuance of vouchers and credit notes to customers.
  • Follow CITES procedures for applicable products.
  • Monitor credit card payments and bank transfers.
  • Conduct daily cash register closing and verify daily cash intake.
  • Prepare paying-in slips and manage documents for periodical withdrawals.
  • Update the company’s customer database.
  • Manage petty cash in compliance with corporate procedures.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a related field, preferably within the retail channel.
  • Fluency in spoken German and English.

Skills

Integrity and strong sense of responsibility. Organizational skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Experience

Prior experience in a cashier or similar role, preferably within the retail sector, is required.
