Role & Responsibilities
- Execute cash register opening and closing procedures, verifying cash availability and equipment functionality
- Issue national, international, and tax-free invoices in compliance with local regulations
- Process customer advances, returns, vouchers, and credit notes
- Monitor CITES compliance for products requiring documentation
- Monitor credit card payments and bank transfers for accuracy
- Conduct daily cash register closing procedures and verify cash balances
- Prepare paying-in slips and manage cash delivery documentation and receipts
- Update and maintain the company's customer database
- Manage petty cash in accordance with corporate expense procedures
