Prada Team Manager — Bellagio, Las Vegas. Lead the boutique team and drive sales and client experience for Prada in Las Vegas.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations of the Bellagio boutique, ensuring exceptional client service and strict adherence to brand standards.
  • Coach, develop and motivate sales associates to achieve individual and store sales targets and KPI objectives.
  • Manage staff scheduling, payroll input and shift coverage to optimize floor presence during peak trading periods.
  • Oversee clienteling activities, VIP servicing and relationship development to cultivate repeat business and client loyalty.
  • Maintain merchandising and visual presentation in line with global directives; coordinate with visual merchandising and district teams for rollouts.
  • Control inventory accuracy, supervise stock management, receiving and cycle counts, and support loss-prevention measures.
  • Act as primary on-site liaison with district management, operations and HR for recruitment, performance reviews and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Proven background in luxury retail management with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and people-development skills, with experience coaching teams in a high-volume retail environment.
  • Excellent customer service aptitude and experience servicing high-net-worth clients and VIP clientele.
  • Sound understanding of visual merchandising principles and luxury product presentation.
  • Operational competence in inventory control, store administration and cash-handling procedures.

Experience

Typically 3–5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team-lead capacity within a premium brand boutique.
