Role & Responsibilities
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently, processing sales, refunds and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
- Deliver polished, client-focused service that reflects the Prada brand and supports long-term customer relationships.
- Perform daily cash reconciliation, closing procedures and maintain accurate transaction records and till integrity.
- Support store merchandising and presentation standards, including replenishment, folding and maintaining luxury visual standards on the sales floor.
- Adhere to loss-prevention protocols, GDPR/confidentiality requirements and in-store security procedures.
- Assist with inbound stock handling, pricing, tagging and stockroom organization as required by store operations.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or cashier experience; luxury retail exposure is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong numerical accuracy and proven cash-handling integrity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset.
- Availability for a part-time schedule (24 hours/week) including weekends and peak trading periods.
- Right to work in the Netherlands.

Experience
Preferably at least one year of retail or cashier experience; prior work in premium or luxury retail is a strong advantage.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent.
