Role & Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain and update Bill of Materials (BOM) for each apparel model, coordinating with internal Product Development and external suppliers.
  • Enter and revise technical and master product data in the PLM system, including materials, components, color variants, consumption, treatments and packaging.
  • Validate technical information received from suppliers, pattern makers and product developers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Code and register new materials and components, liaising with suppliers to align product metadata and identifiers.
  • Ensure consistency between BOMs, technical data sheets and production requirements through close collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
  • Continuously monitor BOM quality and completeness, reporting anomalies or deviations and implementing corrective actions.
  • Select and match colours according to approved colour palettes, securing aesthetic coherence across fabrics, prints, threads, linings, trims and labels.
  • Manage insertion and maintenance of colour codes within company systems and approve final colours for prototypes and production runs.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Fashion, Apparel Technology or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years experience managing BOMs or working in product development/commercialization within Fashion & Luxury brands or third‑party manufacturers.
  • Solid knowledge of garment composition, pattern construction and apparel production processes.
  • Proven experience with PLM systems and other product information management tools.
  • Strong organisational skills, precision and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Proficiency in English.

Experience
