Prada Beauty Advisor position in Milano, Italy. Drive luxury beauty sales through expert consultations and client relationship management in an iconic retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a Prada brand ambassador, consistently embodying the house's values and heritage
- Engage customers through personalized beauty consultations, demonstrating expertise in product applications and skincare techniques
- Leverage storytelling and digital beauty tools to create immersive, memorable client experiences
- Build emotional connections with customers through active listening and empathetic consultation
- Capture and leverage client data via CRM systems to nurture long-term relationships and drive repeat patronage
- Drive incremental sales through strategic cross-selling across all beauty categories while achieving individual sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate effectively with retail team members to maintain an inclusive, supportive store environment aligned with Diversity and Inclusion principles
- Remain abreast of evolving beauty trends, innovations, and luxury market developments through continuous professional development
- Contribute to seamless daily store operations, supporting inventory management, visual standards, and customer service excellence
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury beauty retail or prestige beauty environments
- Passionate and demonstrable knowledge of beauty, skincare, and fragrance categories
- Proficiency in professional makeup application techniques and beauty consultation
- Ability to understand and anticipate client needs with empathy and attentiveness
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a retail team
- Make-up Artist certification (preferred but not required)
- Fluent spoken English; additional languages highly valued

Experience
Demonstrable experience in beauty retail, preferably within a luxury or prestige brand environment, with a proven track record of delivering personalized client consultations and achieving sales targets.
Education
Secondary education minimum; additional beauty training, cosmetology certification, or makeup artistry credentials are advantageous.
