Role & Responsibilities
- Support the setup and maintenance of window displays and interiors, tailored to each store's merchandising needs.
- Implement in-store merchandising strategies based on sales trends, market characteristics, and customer demographics.
- Address specific visual merchandising challenges related to store size and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with the Retail Merchandising Department to align visual strategies with business objectives.
- Collaborate with the Retail Merchandising Department to select appropriate outfits for the market and season.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure adherence to Visual Merchandising standards.
- Provide guidance to in-store visual merchandising personnel.
- Assist the Communication Department with in-store events and press presentations as needed.
- Train store staff to maintain displays according to corporate standards.
Qualifications
- More than 1 year of experience in visual merchandising for international fashion companies or creative fields.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe software.
- Good command of English and Korean languages.
