PRADA seeks an Assistant Visual Merchandiser (Menswear) in Seoul — support window and in‑store displays to uphold Prada's luxury retail standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support execution of global and regional visual directives for menswear across windows, entrance treatments and in‑store displays to ensure consistent brand presentation.
- Translate seasonal merchandising plans into detailed floor and window install layouts; prepare and install props, mannequins and signage.
- Maintain store visual standards daily, including floor sets, stock presentation and signage integrity, and perform regular quality checks.
- Coordinate with store management, retail operations and regional VM leads to schedule installations, staffing and logistics for rollouts.
- Manage and maintain the inventory of props, fixtures and display materials; arrange repairs, storage and transportation as required.
- Document completed installations through professional photography and accurate store reports for inclusion in regional VM archives.
- Liaise with external contractors and fitters during complex installs, ensuring safety, timing and brand compliance.
- Train and advise store teams on basic styling, mannequin dressing and upkeep of visual standards.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years’ demonstrable experience in visual merchandising within luxury or premium retail, preferably in menswear.
- Strong visual sensibility with a keen understanding of proportion, colour, texture and contemporary menswear trends.
- Proven ability to interpret and execute seasonal planograms and brand guidelines with meticulous attention to detail.
- Practical experience in set installation, prop handling and basic carpentry or shopfitting practices.
- Excellent organisational skills, the capacity to prioritise multiple rollouts and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Professional demeanour and the ability to work collaboratively with retail teams and external vendors.

Minimum 1–3 years of hands‑on visual merchandising experience in luxury or premium retail environments, with a preference for menswear; experience in multi‑store rollouts and coordinating external installers is advantageous.
Education
Diploma or degree in visual merchandising, fashion, retail design, product design or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
