Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape, sharing relevant insights with the sales team
  • Embody and model corporate image and professional standards, ensuring all staff maintain alignment with brand expectations
  • Support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining brand-level qualitative standards throughout all customer touchpoints
  • Personally manage escalated customer complaints and after-sales service issues, ensuring resolution aligned with brand values
  • Cultivate and sustain customer loyalty, coordinating VIP and top-tier client engagement strategies with the Store Manager
  • Assist in building and motivating a high-performing store team, fostering professional development and competency growth
  • Oversee staff training programs and development plans in partnership with the Store Manager, ensuring continuous skill enhancement
  • Define and monitor quantitative and qualitative performance metrics alongside the Store Manager and Department Managers, analyzing results and conducting monthly and annual performance assessments
  • Prepare comprehensive store operational plans for Store Manager approval and implementation
  • Supervise Department Managers, providing strategic guidance and operational support for their activities
  • Ensure adherence to internal procedures and corporate compliance protocols
  • Maintain store presentation and product condition in compliance with corporate standards, cultivating staff accountability for visual excellence
  • Develop comprehensive product knowledge across all merchandise categories
  • Oversee window displays and in-store merchandising presentations, ensuring strict adherence to corporate visual guidelines and Store Manager directives
  • Optimize stockroom operations in collaboration with warehouse staff, ensuring efficient inventory management that supports sales performance
  • Supervise inventory monitoring and reporting, identifying and escalating discrepancies to the Store Manager
  • Verify proper inventory rotation and flow management within the stockroom
  • Coordinate standing and contingent stock orders to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Support year-end, category-specific, and rotational inventory counts across all product lines
  • Implement protective measures for high-value merchandise and materials in coordination with the Stock Manager
  • Report and manage inventory losses, thefts, and discrepancies with the Store Manager
  • Train store staff in loss prevention and security protocols
  • Generate and analyze key reports on sales performance, merchandise metrics, staff productivity, customer relationship management, and inventory status
  • Support Department Manager reporting activities and information flow to upper management
