The Prada Group seeks an Assistant Store Manager for its Serravalle Outlet location, serving as deputy to the Store Manager and assuming leadership responsibilities as required. This role combines commercial acumen with operational excellence, overseeing sales performance, productivity metrics, and team engagement in a high-volume outlet environment. The successful candidate will drive business strategy implementation, maximize conversion opportunities, lead the sales team by example, and ensure flawless execution of Company policies and procedures whilst maintaining an exceptional client experience adapted to the unique dynamics of outlet retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in defining and implementing business strategies to achieve and exceed financial targets and drive overall outlet performance
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly business results to identify opportunities and areas for improvement
- Monitor and drive key performance indicators including sales, conversion rate, average transaction value, units per transaction, and productivity metrics
- Translate business analysis into concrete and actionable plans for the sales team
- Coach and support the store team in achieving individual and collective targets while maximizing cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
- Lead by example on the sales floor to maximize client engagement and conversion opportunities
- Act as a strong team motivator, promoting collaboration, engagement, and a positive working environment
- Support the Store Manager in organizing the team efficiently according to business needs and commercial priorities
- Provide regular feedback to team members and support development of individual performance
- Actively participate in recruitment, including market mapping, profile definition, and interviews
- Identify and support internal talent development and growth opportunities
- Ensure all team members are properly trained on Company policies, procedures, systems, and digital tools
- Place the client at the center of every interaction, creating a welcoming and engaging environment
- Support the Store Manager in ensuring the store environment, visual displays, and product presentation align with Company guidelines
- Ensure product replenishment and stock availability support sales opportunities and maximize productivity
- Guarantee correct implementation of Company procedures related to cash activities, inventory, stock management, and reporting
- Monitor and support execution of stock movements, replenishment activities, and inventory processes
- Ensure compliance with inventory control requirements and fiscal stock inventory activities
- Promote efficiency, accuracy, and operational excellence across all store activities
- Support identification of local commercial opportunities to increase store traffic and sales performance
- Monitor local competitors and outlet activities, sharing insights and best practices with relevant functions
Qualifications
- Strong commercial and business acumen with proven ability to drive sales, productivity, and store performance
- Solid experience monitoring and managing retail KPIs and translating business results into effective action plans
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a hands-on, coaching-oriented approach
- Proven experience in managing high-volume, fast-paced retail environments
- Strong understanding of stock management, inventory processes, and store operations
- Demonstrated ability to balance client experience, commercial performance, and operational excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for luxury, fashion, and the Prada brand
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years in assistant store manager or equivalent retail management positions, with demonstrated success in high-volume outlet or fast-paced retail environments. Proven track record of driving sales performance, managing teams, and delivering operational excellence. Experience in luxury retail or premium brands is highly valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further retail management certifications or business qualifications are preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 40,000 to EUR 50,000 per annum.
