Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in defining and implementing business strategies to achieve financial targets and maximize Outlet sales performance
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly business results to identify opportunities and improvement areas
- Monitor and drive key performance indicators including sales, conversion rate, average transaction value, units per transaction, and productivity metrics
- Coach and support the sales team in achieving individual and collective targets, maximizing cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Ensure strong focus on sales floor productivity, traffic conversion, and effective client engagement
- Place clients at the center of every interaction, creating a welcoming and engaging environment tailored to outlet dynamics
- Lead by example in delivering high-level client service and commercial awareness
- Act as a strong team motivator, promoting collaboration, engagement, and a positive working environment
- Organize the team efficiently according to business needs, traffic patterns, and commercial priorities

Experience
Extensive experience in retail management within a luxury environment, with demonstrated success managing outlet or high-volume retail locations. Proven track record in team leadership, sales performance optimization, and operational management in a multi-brand or complex retail setting.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business administration, retail management, or hospitality is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Serravalle, San Marino, with easy access to Rimini.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 40,000 to EUR 50,000 per annum.
