Prada Outlet seeks Assistant Store Manager for Parndorf boutique to lead team, drive sales, and deliver premium customer experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading a team of approximately 20 team members
- Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service and maintain quality standards across all store operations
- Drive achievement of sales targets and develop revenue-enhancement initiatives
- Report all relevant operational and financial information to Head Office
- Execute administrative and accounting duties, and provide support in planning, organization, and reporting functions
- Maintain store image and product care standards in line with corporate guidelines, ensuring team accountability and commitment
- Optimize merchandise presentation and inventory management in cooperation with store and stock management teams
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training or degree in retail management or related field
- Extensive experience in a similar assistant manager or supervisory position with people management responsibility
- Professional appearance with strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Proven ability to manage and motivate retail teams of significant size
- High degree of flexibility and commitment to operational excellence
